Right of withdrawal — 14 days

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

Return conditions

• The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with its accessories (including the compression bag).
• Contact us first via the Contact page to receive return instructions.
• Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except for defective products or an error on our part.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days at most.

Defective product

If your product arrives with a defect, contact us with photos: return shipping is on us and you choose between a replacement and a full refund. You also benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects.
