Article 1 — Purpose

These terms of sale govern all sales made on the VOYRA online store (zysf0i-6i.myshopify.com) between the seller and any consumer customer.

Article 2 — Products

Products are described as accurately as possible (characteristics, dimensions, materials, visuals). Photographs are not contractually binding.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed. The seller may change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order.

Article 4 — Order and payment

Payment is made securely online using the payment methods offered at checkout. The order is confirmed by email after payment is validated.

Article 6 — Withdrawal and returns

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw. Details are on the Returns & exchanges page.

Article 7 — Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 8 — Liability

The seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the product or from force majeure.

Article 10 — Applicable law and disputes
